Shipping & Delivery

We carefully pack and dispatch every order from Edinburgh.

Below you will find information about delivery times, shipping options and international deliveries.


UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Free UK shipping is available on all orders over £50.

We also provide local delivery within the EH1–EH10 Edinburgh postcodes.


International Shipping

European Union Shipping

We ship to all EU countries via Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Estimated delivery time: 5–8 working days after dispatch.

Shipping rates:

  • Western Europe (France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland): £14.50
  • Southern Europe & Nordics (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Finland): £16.50
  • Central & Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Cyprus, Malta): £20.50

Please note that orders delivered to EU countries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or VAT upon arrival. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Shipping (Rest of World) 

International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked services. A flat rate shipping fee of £29 applies to international deliveries outside the UK and EU. Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.


Parcel Size & Weight

Our parcels are shipped according to the following limits:

  • Maximum weight: 2kg

  • Maximum dimensions: 45cm length × 35cm width × 16cm height

If an order exceeds these limits, additional courier charges may apply. In this case we will contact you before dispatch.


European Orders

Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to countries within the European Union due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and additional compliance requirements for UK businesses.

We hope to resume shipping to Europe in the future.


Returned International Orders

If an international parcel is returned to us due to:

  • unpaid customs duties or import taxes

  • refusal of delivery

  • an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

  • the parcel not being collected from the local carrier

we will issue a refund for the items once the order has safely arrived back with us.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, as these charges have already been incurred at the time of dispatch.

If you would prefer the order to be resent, we would be happy to arrange this once the parcel has returned to us. A new shipping fee would apply.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout, including postcode, phone number and any relevant delivery instructions.

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect address information.
